What car should I get?

Question

I want a new small cheap car but I want to make sure that its a guy car and not a girl car if you get what I mean. I don't care what make or model it is?

Ok generally small cheap cars are girlie cars but just be sure to avoid a Micra, Corsa, Clio, Yaris...

What about Seat Ibiza, Ford Fiesta, VW Polo or Golf

I'm assuming by "small", you want something fuel efficient.  I would have 2 recommendations -- either a Toyota Corolla or a Honda Fit.  They will both get about the same mileage. I helped someone purchase one with a 5-speed transmission and she commutes 15 miles to work every day at 65mph and gets 38mpg.  A Honda fit, though it looks small, is VERY roomy on the inside. My 6 foot 4 inch brother, who normally can't fit into a small car, fits easily into the Fit -- much easier than a Corolla.  If you live in a climate where you might encounter Ice & Snow, then your third option is a Pontiac Vibe or Toyota Matrix.  They are both the same car, made by Toyota -- though you might get a better deal on the Vibe because it is badged as a GM product.  They are available with plenty of room, all-wheel-drive, and are also very economical.

As somebody answered previously most small cars are aimed at the female market-but some are much more girly than others.

Colour is important- if you go for black it is a male colour- red also OK- silver is either male or female- most light metallics are female- metallic grey is very now and very masculine.

Avoid

Nissan Micra ( Old person or young girl)

Ford Ka ( Girly)

Kia Picanto ( Girly)

VW Fox ( Small and Girly)

Look at

Renault Clio ( new shape)

Renault Twingo is a bit metrosexual but looks good in sport format and is pretty cheap ( starts from £7500 online)

Vauxhall Corsa SXi is great choice but not cheap- maybe 10k for a new one and 8k for one year old.

Ford Fiesta is OK but new one out this year.

Citroen C2 VTR is good choice- absolutely not girly and Citroen have always had a following from the Max Power fraternity as are cheap to buy and easy to modfiy + cheap insurance.

Number one choice would be black Corsa 1.2 SXi 3dr- but a bit pricy.

Number two choice would be Citreon C2 1.4 VTR- Citroen have 0% finance on new ones currently-again go for black.
