What car should i go for..im a 18 years old new driver..?

should i go for american muscle like the new dodge challenger SE trim..its cheaper 23k..or japanese car like honda civic si..i want a sporty looking high performance car..good for drags and drifts..good handling in high speeds..many options for customizations..and can last about 5 years..and good chick magnet car hehe..i can afford a around 25k..if u have any other suggestions that will help to..thx

Volkswagen Jetta. You can get the base model brand new for around 17000 so i'm sure you can add some nice features with your extra 8 grand. VW's have a vast catalogue of add-ons so you will have no problem customizing. Also this car will come with a warranty, gets great gas milage, and retains value well.

P.S. as for the handling high speeds I suggest a manual transmission which will allow you to better control the car, and is often the automatics less expensive counterpart.

Challenger, its sporty, AMERICAN muscle, classic drag car, and theres no way you will be able to drift with a FWD civic.

man i was just like you had 30000 for my 1st car that my mom agreed to by but my sis saved my *** and convinced me to buy a cheap 1st car, so i bought a 3000 dollar nissan and crashed it 2 months later, now i know not to drift in heavy rain,now i have experience driving and about to get me a audi, trust me get a piece of c**p car that has a radio in it and learn form it, you can drive it like crazy, then when u get a new car for 25000 you will know how to drive it, ohh and for a new car i would recomend a infinity g35, or a bmw m3 always a good choice, and if you want something american you could get a cts or a 300. good luck

something foreign.

i want a subaru impreza really bad. you can turn them into pretty awesome rally cars. how badass would that be. and most of them are all turbocharged and have potential of being really high performance vehicles if you put a bit of money into them.

and imprezas are 4wd. great for drifting seeing as how thats basically what they're made for, being rally cars and all.
