The best elf deck is found by combining Lorwyn and Shadowmoor. Wilt-Leaf leige is amazing, and so is the lorwyn elf with deathtouch.

My personal elf deck is for casual play, and is a druid deck. I draw a lot of cards, put out a lot of creatures, and overrun or landgrab for the win.
