you should get 3 foolish burial to get your powerful monsters to the grave and get them back with the creator.3 kaiser sea horse to summon the creator  3 creator incarnates and you should get the structure deck rise of the dragon lords it has most of the cards i mentioned .

Mist Body, to prevent destruction

Spell Reclamation x3, to reuse Mist Body

The Calculator, with The Creator= 3000 ATK

and extra with reserected monsters

Add two more Creators and add 3 Creator Incarnates. The rest is up to you. Also keeping the deck limit to 40 will increase your chances in drawing an Incarnate and a Creator.
