Take out some of the 2 tribute monsters. even if they are just for fusion the crowd the deck and cause u to have bad draws. u need to limit your high level monster count.

Ok.  I see what you are trying to do.  You basically re-made the Rise of the Dragons deck, but you took out the only cards that can make this deck actually work.  You need to put Mauseleum of the Emporer back in this deck.  At least 2 of them.  The next thing is that you need to remove Pot of Greed and Call of the Haunted because they are banned.  You should remove Big Koala, Des Kangaroo, Master of Oz, Gilford the Lightning and add more staple cards like Premature Burial, Brain Control, Mirror Force, Torrential Tribute, and so on.

your main probelm is the trap section right now.  First of all call of the haunted is banned.  Next you need mirror force, torrential tribute, bottomless traphole, and maybe a magic cylinder.  And there is more room needed to gilford and the koala have to go maybe another s. skull and another lord of d to protect your dragons.  You should put in a dragons bead also for protection.
