What career involves this? ?

I am really interested in atoms, the human body, diseases, what stuff is made up of - like if a peach and hair are made up of mostly the same stuff how are they so different (rhetorical q). I WANT A GOOD job tho. One that I have to think in and not a robots' job. something that pays good (30k/yr +). maybe I might like to be a forensic scientist or medical researcher? idk, just examples. please help! :) thank you.

Most careers in the medical and/or research fields pay well and require you to use your brain.  Based on your description, just throwing out a few examples that might be of interest:

-- Medical examiner

-- Pharmacologist

-- Pathologist

-- Infectious disease researcher
