What careers include a good pay while helping people?

What is your definition of "good pay?" Teachers can potentially earn a decent amount if they get a master's degree or Ph.D. Board certification also results in higher pay.

You might be able to find a non-profit organization that has a good salary- that would be my dream!

If only Yahoo paid people to answer questions, we all could make money and help each other! :)

Translators get lots of money and help people all the time, or be in the medical field!

doctors, it depends whether u want to be a general physician or major in a specific field like cardiology, neurology. asides from being a doctor, u can choose to become something in the Health Professions field like nursing. there are lots of opportunities out there, it depends on you.
