I'll have a BS in mcdbiology in a year but i realized over the last 4 years im not very good at it. I am great at reading and analyzing details and making generalizations/concepts out of them but I am very poor at memorizing those details alone. i am not super creative but can derive something relatively new from a idea I've already seen done. i'm medocre at math.

  1. Find a counselor  who does .. aptitude and interest testing ... it can really be helpful.

  2. Business management is a good choice from what you describe.

  3. Have you asked yourself what would I like to do.  That's really the best place to start, then investigate what education you need, what the industry for that field is like, what is the pay, job outlook, etc.  I got to tell you school isn't anything like the real world.  On the job when you can't remember something or aren't sure, you check a book.  The good workers know their tools and use them. Exp'd doctors still have to look in books, so no one wanting to do their best and provide accurate information is exempt from this.  Personally I think your being to hard on yourself.  You said your not good at it, but didn't say you don't want a career in it.  Apparently your doing something right since you will be graduating. College gives you a foundation of your field, so when you get out you have knowledge what is required of you - it's really not different than starting at the bottom and working your way up, expect you never get a paper saying your knowledgeable in your field.  It's better to understand a process, concept, or theory rather than memorize them. Think about it if you just memorize things your kinda of a robot, so if your just remembering things you will have a harder time applying them in real life.  So just make sure you understand the whole process, that way if your forget something you can jog your brain, or use your tools (books, internet, etc.) to get the answer.  Also college is stressful, you could just be overwhelmed and have a hard time memorizing right now. Don't sell yourself short and expect more than you need of yourself right now. There's lot of jobs out their your specific skills can be useful in, however w/o any additional information it could be just a list and maybe one that isn't right for you.  What I would suggest is talking to your school career counselor, see what your career options are w/the degree your getting, if none of them interest you ask them how else you might be able to apply your degree in a different field.  Personally I read your post and you seem down, like your down on yourself and expecting too much of yourself.  Know one does well in a job until they have done it for awhile, with or w/o and education.  You might find your a great fit for a job in w/your degree and really enjoy it once your see how it is in the real world.  I'm not trying to talk you out of other options, I just didn't see you say I don't want to do this, but I don't think I'm good at it. Here is a sites you can look at to scope out other job/career prospects:

    Hope this helps!
