What carreers could I have in the USAF?

Question

I wear glasses and I'm 6''2' tall. I want to be a pilot but I'm not sure if I can because of my height and semi-bad sight. What other careers are there to choose from in the USAF?

More then likly they won't allow you to be a pilot, you can check into getting lasic and see if that's a possibility. Past that theres plently of careers, medical, law enforcement, military intelligence, back office, just about anything.  You can go to a local recruiter and they can give you a better idea of whats available

Depends on what your vision is:  currently it's 20/70 correctable 20/20 with no astigmatism, colorblindness, or night vision issues.

I'm also 6'2" and fit in the back of an F4 with no problem-your sitting height is the question.

Other careers would depend on your degree and interests:

Weapon Systems Officer/Electronic Combat Officer

Special tactics

Air Battle Manager

Intel

Comm

Maintenance

Security Forces

Space/missile ops

etc etc etdc

Nobody can really answer that question with knowing you ASVAB score. Take that then you'll be able to choose a job that you want and are qualified for.  There's roughly 200 jobs in the Air Force.

Can't be a pilot, but you can be a navigator.  There are thousands of jobs in the Air Force.  See a recruiter, take the ASVAB and then pick one based on your scores.  Rather simple process.

well.....it depends on what kind of pilot you want to be for a fighter jet the max height is 5"11' but for cargo planes there is no height limite and as for your sight well.....if you get contact lenses it shouldn't be a problem

There are literally thousands of careers in the USAF. Very, very, very few of them are pilots.
