What cars can be converted in to a ethonal car?

Why would you want to convert one? Ethanol is junk. It takes more energy to make it than you get out of it, it depletes the food supply and your car will get fewer mpg out of ethanol.

I think ethonal is a Biodiesel so I would say it goes in a diesel engine.

Any car  or truck can even older cars.

The fuel mix into the cylinder, the timing of spark and the emission sensors would all have to be re done.  Any gasoline engine can be converted to ethanol.  The problem is that ethanol is a worse pollution problem...

Up to a point you don't have to do a thing to convert them.  Ever buy Sunoco fuel?  It already has ethanol in it.  What do you think they sell you in hardware stores for gas line antifreeze?
