What cars have engines under 1 litre (liter) and are less than 10 years old?

There are 1.0L 3 cylinder Chevrolet Metros/Suzuki Swifts out there still, but that I3 is a POS.  They were made until 2001, but the book value is about $5000 for those cars that cost about $8000 new, so that's not a really good deal.

Get the 1.3L I4 instead.

The only car that I know of would be the Smart ForTwo. Then again, this is in the US. I know many other countries have smaller vehicles than most of the idiots here who drive giant SUVs.
