What cartoons would you prefer your kids watch?

Do you think your childhood cartoons are better? Is there a certain style or genre you think they should watch more? What was your favorite cartoon?

Old school cartoons are waaay better than cartoons today.

Kids should watch more Sesame Street.  What are Tinky Tonks anyway?!

It all depends on the age, id say about the ages of 4-10 pokemon of somesort. If your in your teenage years id better watch out for what they watch but im 15 and i watch naruto and some reality shows.

I love for them to watch Sesame Street.  But he also likes to watch Sponge Bob and Word Girl.

i think it depends on the age for younger kids you could let them watch all cartoons on channel one twenty or one twenty one i think. those are good and what i watched as a child

kids should watch the Smurfs- teaches them to respect your elders-papa smurf,  teaches everybody is different, Hefty-Brainy-Lazy-etc. , teaches respect for females-Smurfette,  and teaches kids to never trust an single old man with a mean cat.

and most of all it teaches kids to be social and teamwork

Honestly I think no cartoons are good. But I still watch them cause there funny. Spongebob is really good for kids, but as I've gotten older I began to realize that spongebob has some adult refrences in it kids shouldn't see or hear. Cartoons are just there to make you laugh. Seaseme street isn't a cartoon but it does have some interesting refrences in it. Either way you can't win.

Looney Tunes ! Some anime and cartoons are acceptable if tailored to their age . Bugs Bunny was and is a perennial favorite .

Believe or not, from my point of view, cartoons on Nickelodian such as The Fairly Odd Parents and Spongebob have recently been slipping in satires that kids probably wouldn't get.

I don't know if there are any good cartoons to recommend though, as it seems as if the ones you may have watched in your childhood is being taken off the networks.
