Varicoceles, tubal blockages, hormone imbalance, born without the vas deferans, urethra damaged, t******l trauma, bad diet, lack of exercise, use of a hot tub for prolonged time, bike riding for long period of time. Best thing to do is see a male infertility urolgist to get checked out.

Low sperm count can be caused from different things. Your body for one thing. Perhaps a childhood illness or as an adult. Some medication can cause low sperm counts. Even to tight of underwear that is why they suggest males to wear boxer shorts.
