    It is still running strong in the 'democratic' societies where the electorate are systematically misinformed and taken advantage of to promote personal agendas.

    This is clear in the US 'democracy' where someone cannot get elected to political office unless they at some point explicity state their belief in the christian god.

    When the president, who is supposed to represent the interests of the entire country, says 'Jesus is my co-pilot' and passes an executive order declaring himself above the law, and even the constitution, you have a fascist state.

    Posse Comitatus has long ago been violated, and is effectively null, and American citizens can be arrested without warrant, held without charge, denied a lawyer, and taken offshore and interrogated (tortured) without any due process simply for expressing a dissenting opinion from that of the christian majority.

    If that isn't fascism, what is?
