What caused this odd RADAR return at 6:30AM local?

  1. Probably an outflow boundary those are made when a thunderstorm fades away it sends out a rush of rain cooled air there  kind of like mini cold fronts produced by dieing thunderstorms and new storms typically fire just ahead of them.


  2. We call those "clouds" where I come from.

    Nothing to be concerned about.

  3. Could just be wind.  You notice the radar is in clear mode and is also showing wind.
