What causes Droopy eyelids. Lately i have been noticing one of my friend has droopy eyelids and i am worried. What cause is, could it be drugs? She has been acting strange and has been keeping her distance from everyone. It can be aging or botox because she is healty 27 year old who keeps herself fit. Please help
