This is an area of much controversy. There are many theories regarding the idea of spontaneous human combustion many of which rely on a source of ignition.

Personally, I don't think that someone will suddenly combust without any source of ignition. It's ridiculous.

Nothing.

Spontaneous combustion is nothing but urban legend, and those events that "look like it" were cases of real fire fed by the wick effect (usually fat people wearing absorbing clothes and sitting too close to a fire).
