One of my contact lenses has been having a lot of protein deposit buildup lately- this has happened kind of out of the blue, I am under a lot of stress lately, and I have started taking L-lysine. can the lysine increase protein in tears? is it the stress? whats happening!? (oh and i just got the contact polished last week and its back to being cloudy!)
