Maybe its just my skin, but the ones that don't show on the face very much, but you can feel them under the skin. Some times they feel like two or three in one, yuck! And what helps to get rid of them?

  1. eating greasy foods,

  2. ok-GREASE!

and don't touch your pimples at all

wash in the morning with a soap

    then in the night

i use gliserin sold at HEB for .99 cents

  3. Pimples are caused by oil buildup, clogged pores, and bacteria in the pores.

You need to use a disinfectant (tea tree oil or benzoyl peroxide) on acne prone areas, as well as salicylic acid, daily.  Salicylic acid will dissolve the oil and dead skin cells that clog pores.

  4. There's no evidence to prove food causes acne but if you think some foods do, then don't eat em. All pimples are caused by excess oil and bacteria... and to get rid of them you have to try different things. Proactiv, neutrogena, clean and clear... if that doesn't work you'll need to see a dermatologist.

  5. i'm gonna guess french fries cuz whenever i eat those i get a pimple
