What causes dizzyness??

right now i feel really dizzy and kind of sick(nasuea) but i dont know why...

  2. You blood pressure could be too high, your blood sugar could be too high or too low, you could have an inner ear infection, or you could be getting a virus.

    If you also feel a little hot and sweaty and a little weak, then it's likely your blood sugar is low. This happens sometimes around this time of day if what you had for lunch was too high in carbs. It causes a hypoglycemic reaction in the body a few hours later. Try drinking a soda or eating a little something sweet and see if that helps. Just don't over do it. If it makes you feel a little better after a few minutes, then that is what it is and you need to eat a snack. This is the reason dieticians tell you to eat six small meals a day, it's so you can spread out your carbs and keep from having hypoglycemic reactions.

    If this doesn't help, then you might be getting sick. If it gets worse, or doesn't improve by the morning, then you need to see a doctor.
