What causes eye twitching?

my left eye(lid) has been twitching non-stop for 2 weeks. it's driving me crazy and it's visible, so i probably look c**k-eyed. i have no idea whats causing it. any suggestions?

  1. INTENSE MINDBLOWING ORGASMS..  


  2. stress, and sleep deprivation, straight from the docs mouth

  3. Could be a magnesium deficiency.  There is plenty of magnesium in nuts.

  4. Eat some bananas, a twitch could be from low levels of Potassium.
