  1. warm ups could help,

it sounds a bit like muscle knots, might want to go to the doc

    if it continues

  2. Are you on the Pill? I had to change mine because I was getting frequent leg cramps in the night. I'm now on the mini pill (progesterone only) and much better!

  3. Its probably because your ont warming up. You should warm up everytime.

  4. You should do stretches before you go and exercise. It prevents cramps most of the time. Also drink plenty of water. Hopefully this will help! ^-^

  5. Eat bananas the potassium helps.

  6. ive always heard if you drink enough of milk that will help

  7. I used to get leg cramps during soccer a lot, pretty competitive, but I got over it from just drinking lots of water, stretching, 1 banana a day, and I think most importantly weight lifting my lower body, havn't had a cramp since, but seeing as you are just walking, I don't think you have to weight lift, good luck.

  8. Smashing ants with sledgehammers gives ants leg cramps.

  9. too much

  10. Eat more food with potassium in it, and make sure you are hydrated. Dehydration will do that to you as well.

  11. Ouch, I have that.

People usually get cramps from hydration, believe it or not.

That's why it is important to drink water while exercising!

Every time I feel like a cramp is coming, I completely stop

what I'm doing, get the water bottle, and sit down until

I feel that it is COMPLETELY gone. If there's still a little

cramp, and I get up again, it will come back quicker and get worse.

But the water works wonders, so make sure to drink some before,

during, and after exercising. If you are persistent, the cramps

with gradually start to fade away. They may come back though,

it you are hydrated or exercising over your body's limit. Take

a rest in between exercises, so you don't over do it.

  12. stretching helps alot, but craps are caused by lack of oxygen to the muscles.

  13. Lack of Potassium
