None of them. What cause more deforestation in Brazil is the illegal remove of trees in order to sell it for the industry (to transform it in forniture among another things).

Please, stop with these questions about biofuel/sugar cane/ethanol destructing Amazonia. There's nothing to do. Sugar cane and biodiesel are producted in the Souutheast region. Amazonia is North of Brazilian territory. The distances are longest than the two coast of the USA.
