What causes nails to be slightly orange and dull? ?

i notice there is a line of orange and the rest is clear, what causes this? and is there any foods/things i can do to help them grow out faster and nice again?

if you paint your nails often then ur nails go slightly orange ... and also go dull. the way you could stop this is when u paint your nails put on a clear coat before you put the colour .

if you eat/drink anything dairy it helps grow your nails stronger and longer ... and they wont breakl as offten. but the way to check if your nails are week just try to bend the tips if the bend  then you deff need to eat/drink the dairy products.
