What causes red and warm ears?

Question

Rarely, my ears will turn red and become very warm. These is no pain as well. About 10 minutes later they will return to normal. I know it sounds funny, but what could be cause for this? Does this happen to anyone else?

Sounds like a simply increase in blood flow to your ears, may it be from embarrassment, excitement, standing up suddenly, a change in position etc.  Your ears respond to change in temperature and emotional changes and will become flushed.  If you have fair skin this is obviously more noticeable.  Rest assured, you are fine and this happens to quite a few of us!

Lol that happens to me when I get embarrassed or panic. I wouldn't worry about it?
