  2. You could either have a slow CD drive, a slow processor/hard drive or too many programs running.

  3. Slow ROM drive, slow RAM, slow BUS, slow Processor, large files, fragmented hard drive.  There are plenty of possibilities.  You might try to reboot your computer to clear your RAM and reduce the number of programs running in the background.
