What causes the tingly feeling in your chest when your nervous?

I,ve got my driving test in a couple of hours and I keep getting butterflies,i'm just curious to know what physically causes this feeling..

i believe its called adrenaline rush that stemmed from your anxiety..it causes ur heart and other organs to increase their function while decreasing your gastrointestinal (e.g. stomach) and genitourinary's (e.g. bladder) function
