What causes you to physically react to a look?

When he looked at me today, in my eyes...I felt it in my body. What causes that? We have never touched, have barely spoken to each other, and I wasn't expecting any kind of reaction. It startled me.

that happens to me sometimes. im not sure exactly what causes it. like the exact defintion according to science. but it means you guys have great chemistry togehter and he has a big effect on you. good luck!

what causes me is anyone that looks at me i look back and if its a guy i glare at them and be like wtf are you looking at
