What cell phone with att has biggest key pad buttons so i can type 40 words a min?

i need a phone i can type almost as fast as my laptop with same yahoo mail page that looks same as my laptop. i phone buttons are too small on that key pad so what do i need . what phone should i get i am with att

AT&T offers the Blackberry AND the Palm Centro.  The Palm has a full QWERTY keyboard so you may find it easier to use than the Blackberry.

go with a att tilt or any blackberry they are the only ones with a key board.  but tell you the truth if you got big fingers it's the same size as the iphone.
