What cell phone(out of these two) are best for an 11 year old(serious answers ONLY)?

Question

I don't need your opinion that she's too young, can't be trusted. or she will lose it. I also don't need your opinion she should have a tracfone, pre-paid, pay-as-you-go, go-phone, whatever. OK, now that I've explained that, out theese two phones which one is better to give to my 11 year old?

LG Voyager(the new Titanium one, with Visual Voice mail)

or

LG Chocolate 3(Black)

What do you think? as an 11-year-old, she obviously won't be calling or texting 24/7. The biggest problems she has with both of them are:

Voyager: touchscreen can be un-responsive

freezes up

re-boots randomly

Chocolate 3: scroll wheel(tested it at Best Buy. She said it was okay, but it felt extremely loose)

The chocolate is cool if she likes to listen to music alot and the voyager is really awesome, my cousin has one and the screen hasnt froze. If it was my daughter I would get her the LG Voyager, plus its a very popular phone so everyone will think its cool.

LG Chocolate 3 is probably best, my brother has it and he has no problems with it.

Perfect for an 11 year old i would imagine.

if you she wont txt 24/7 and you want something with her that you can trust her with, get the chocolate 3, otherwise voyager is one of the best phones on the market
