  1. Believe it or not, I have mini shredded wheat in EVERY flavor at home. My kid and I just adore those cereal, we eat them every day, we pick whatever flavor we feel like that day. They're so good.

  2. fiber one great to clear out the colon

  3. Choose from whole grain cereals.

Organic multigrains and granola are best.

  4. cheerios or frosted flakes

  5. there all so good, but if i was buyin cereal today,i would buy fruity pebbles, cocoa krispies, frosted mini wheats and corn flakes.

  6. Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds!

  7. Multi-Bran Chex. It's good for you.

  8. It depends on what your purpose is in buying the cereal.  If you are perfectly healthy and don't care about cutting back on sugar or getting your vitamins or having fibre in your diet or anything like that, but want straight up taste, get Captain Crunch!

The lowest sugar cereal is Shredded Wheat.

The lowest sugar cereal that actually tastes like something besides hay is plain Cheerios (also good for lowering your cholesterol).

If you need more fibre in your diet, then All-Bran or Fibre One or Bran Flakes are a good alternative.

Raisin Bran is actually a pretty good all around cereal for fibre content, reasonably low sugar, and not bad taste, either.  I love Raisin Nut Bran, but that has a lot more sugar in it, so I'm not supposed to eat it.  (I'm diabetic) :p

Honey Bunches of Oats are yummy and another not bad all around cereal for decent fibre, good cholesterol lowering and not too terrible on the sugar.

Almost all cereals nowadays are fortified with some vitamins, but if you really want to get some good vitamins for breakfast, make sure you eat them with a piece of fresh fruit.

  9. Frosted Flakes!

  10. AL-BRAN IS THE BEST ONE.
