Well, I'm a Libra!

Lets see here:  a lot of Libras have dimples.  Maybe not on their face, but somewhere.  I kinda do when I make a certain face.  Libras also have these bright smiles that can charm anyone.  They have reflective, shimmery Air Sign eyes (versus the deep soulful Water Sign eyes).  It's hard to do this completely on looks because one's Rising Sign helps with appearance as well (can't tell you how many people think I'm more Capricorn at first glance).  But Libras are very social and love to think and talk.  You'll find one flirting, being charming, and soaking up people's points of views.  You'll also find them arguing the other side of an issue but with sweetness and diplomacy (we Libras don't like making waves).  That's usually how you can sniff out a Libra (oh, and speaking of sniff, we love nice smelling things, so also be on the lookout for delicious perfume or cologne)

Yes, as Rach said, appearance is seen in the ascendant or rising sign as well as planets in the first house.  Sometimes a hue of the sun sign can be detected in the appearance.  Libra rising is the most beautiful of all signs with perfectly symetrical features, a graceful way of walking and smooth way of presenting herself.

The Rising sign will dictate appearance. Libras are known for having dimples, their smile, and charming way of carrying themselves and dressing well. I know a lot of Libra Suns, and some look exactly like that, and others you couldn't tell at all.
