What certain proceduers should i take when my Wisdom teeth is removed?

My mom went to the dentist today and i want to know how can i help her out and what is the basic procedures?

go empty stomach. Do not get apprehensive. Be calm & have faith in your doctor.

Post extraction. Bit hard on the cotton gauze. Swallow salive & dont keep spitting. Remove cotton gauze after 30 mmin & rince with ice cold water. Take cold food like ice cream or cold youghut rice. Take prescribed medication. Gargle after food with cold water.

go to a dental surgeon. they can give gas, painless and have more experience with root removal than the average dentist.

The dentist will give you/her a do/don't do after care list, just follow the instructions.

you keep cotton balls in her mouth on both sides covering the wounds, change them out every 2 hours, rinse gently with salt water 4-6 hours especially after eating if you wanna call it that, no food that needs to be chewed, and no smoking
