  1. well i overall feel better, healthier. i also feel good knowing im not hurting any animals. i lost a little weight. i also look at my body in a whole new way and take care if it wayy better, like i try to make sure i run daily, and i hardly ever eat junk food. and like some else said i really enjoy cooking alot more, and exploring vegan cooking.

  2. Many...

    Intellect...Awareness...Conscience...

Nevertheless, if the current uptrend is continue (and other factors remain unchanged), 43.2% of world population  will be vegetarians by the year 2019. (Even some survey & researches predicted the figure would be much higher)

This is where the world is leading to.

  3. I had to buy double the number of toilet rolls I normally bought.

  4. So many things too! I have tons more energy, my skin tone & complexion have cleared up! Weight loss (so far 25lbs). Someone told me today that my eyes were clearer and brighter (thats a new one for me). And, believe it or not, I enjoy food and eating more than I ever have. Cooking for me is now a fun experience, and I love finding new recipes! For some reason, I am also more motivated to excercise, I go walking several times a week, and am going to start working out again.

PS, been a vegan for about 3 months now

  5. I became a veggie in my late teens for ethical reasons. I was healthy,so I wasn't expecting any changes. But I was constipated! A veggie diet soon changed that and later on a vegan diet sorted it. Dairy products can clog you up,so bear it in mind if you're just a veggie.

Also,my mood improved. I used to be prone to depression.

(or perhaps I felt depressed because I was eating meat and didn't agree with the idea of contributing to animal killing?)

  6. I. Had do much energy no matter what time I went to sleep and I lost weight. I am alsomore calm when dealing with stresss

  7. Well, I read once that your bowel movements were suppose to exit in a "soft serve" kind of way. That was never the case for me until I became a vegetarian. Kinda crude, sorry.

  8. I didn't really notice any change physically because my family and I knew what foods I should eat to replace the nutrients in meat.

I noticed that people (especially my friends) treated me more like an adult because I'd made the decision to become a veggie when I was 13. Having said that, 2 people at college teased me about it. One of the things they said was that because I'm a veggie my brain would shrink lol.

  9. I didn't notice any changes.  But then again I did it gradually.

  10. I have had a lot more energy. I no longer get stomach aches. I finally lost the ten pound I have been trying to lose for two years. My skin is a lot clearer and brighter. The list goes on and on.

  11. Becoming a vegan (mainly raw) I noticed:

Massive weight loss - I had a lot to lose.

    Massive increase in energy

Glowing clear soft skin – I now have a good tone and blemish-free complexion

Condition of hair and nails improved

Improved immune system – I hardly ever get colds or flu nowadays

Calmer – I deal with stress a lot better

My life-long depression has gone away - I feel a lot happier within myself.

    .

  12. i started to look unhealthy

  13. Well I became vegan a few weeks ago. I INSTANTLY felt more awake during the day, & it wasn't a struggle for me to get up in the morning, no matter what time I go to bed.

Also after only 2 days my energy went through the roof! It was sooo crazy!

I've had bad acne for over 10 years, and it is practically all gone =)

Not to mention I lost about 8 lbs in 2 weeks.

Being a vegan is so healthy for you =) I've never felt better!
