  1. when i first start i felt very weak all the time because of the lack protien so i took a vitimen for awhile and then when my body got use to no meat i didnt need to take them anymore,

i found it a lot easier to lose weight, i lost 10 pounds right off the back without doing anything, and like i said it became easier for me to lose, i feel healther, cleaner in a way and like im making a difference

Good luck, the hardest part about becoming a vegetarian is the begining but you'll love your decion in the long run.

  2. Nothing really. It just prevents from meat. Vegetarian isn't puberty you know.

  3. I lost about 10 lbs within the first 4 months, I had so much more energy, I felt better mentally and physically, & I liked my veggies more. :D

  4. i have been a vegetarian for a little while now. my body has gone throu some changes but nothing major. i'm only 15 and im not sure if age has a difference but being a vegetarian has had its positive and negitive on me. it has helped me have a sense of knowing that im helping myself and the world. being a vegetarian u save 100 aniamls per year. also i feel more energetic and my skin is great. i used to not go to the bathroom normally but its gotten better now. also not eating meat has helped me stay away from junk food. i dont eat burger king, taco bell or rle ne fast food becasue its mostly meat. also by choosing to become a vegetarian u need to make sure u have enough fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc...so its helped me eat healthier. in the beginning of becoming a vegetarian i didnt have a lot of energy and i didnt get my period for a while. i wasent getting the proper nutrition....so just make sure u eat properly nd good luck =)

  5. When I became a vegetarian, I couldn't tell a difference. My health was still good, even a little better than before. However, for some reason I used to get constant migraines on an almost daily basis. But, once I became a vegetarian I stopped getting them, even as a vegan I have get headaches anymore. I also noticed I felt better. I felt healthier and I gained a lot more energy. Protein is found is many fruits, veggies, soymilk, meat substitutes, beans, etc. If anything you can take a protein supplement if you want to. Many people say as a vegetarian or vegan you cannot get all the nutrients you need but that is just negative mumbo-jumbo on a subject they aren't educated in. The average person consumes a lot of unhealthy food (considering the US is among the fattest countries in the world) so getting enough protein is something everyone has to make sure of. Overall, positive effects is all I have experienced, and I say that honestly.

  6. I experienced alot of good things.

Although I am already underweight before I went vegetarian, I lost weight when I started it and have been stable. But I really think and feel that I was healthier. My skin is very clear, my sweat is odorless, my body functions so well, I go to the bathroom to defecate once a day not like when I was eating meat (I defecate 4 times a week, i know.. gross), you can really experience well-being and wellness.

And I dont feel any guilt anymore. I love animals, I love love them more than most humans.

There was really no problem about my protein intake, I get lots of it from nuts. Nuts alone has protein thats adequate enough.
