What changes in correctional policy would you suggest ?

What changes in correctional policy would you suggest be implemented at the facility where “Anonymous N. Inmate” is housed?

I vote for bare bones housing.  No cable, minimal phones, etc to start.  As inmates work hard in their facility, they should then be allowed to 'buy' privileges such as tv, phone time, gym time, games, etc.  If they s***w up, they lose those privileges.

And they should all work a 40 hour week.  Pay them very minimal wages that are put into a savings account so they can have some money upon release.

I have a lot of ideas, but not enough time to share them all.
