well it depends on your area codes. not all are the same channel. go to this site:   http://tvplanner.comcast.net/   and enter your area code and it will give you the listing for your area code. then just search for the show or the channel which is called "The N."

go to www.the-n.com   if you scroll down itll say "find the n on your tv" right about in the middle of the page.  just follow the steps and youll have your channel!
