What channel is s-video displayed on tivo?

i have my s-video cable connected from my computer to my tivo so i can watch a movie off my computer, but i cannot find what channel the s-video port is displayed on through my tivo. please help!

Somewhere in the TiVo setup menu (depending on what type of TiVo you have) is the setting for which input jack is being used. You'll have to go in there and tell it that you're using the S-video input for something.

I just checked my TiVo (old standalone Hughes model) and it's:

Tivo Central

New Tivo Messages & Setup

Recorder & Phone Setup

Cable/Satellite Box

Connection to Recorder

It'll then automatically detect if something's plugged into each jack.
