as of today you can watch it on veoh english sub ep's 1-11 and like every 2 weeks or so another ep is added...just makes value each ep more

Well, right now, Vampire Knight can only be found on the internet in America. It premieres on Mondays in Japan and is found on the internet with english subs in America. There are only 10 episodes out so far but there are going to be 26 episodes. Also, they said that Vampire Knight will be in english dub in late 2009 or early 2010 so it may be awhile.
