ESPN (though they didn't have the number of shows or broad coverage that SPEED offers).

The Speed shows are original programming.  There have been multiple shows on different networks, but Speeds shows are all original.

i don't think most of the shows were anywhere before speed. there may have been precursors on fox sports, and some similar shows on espn, but i think many are "speed originals"
