What channels are inmates in California allowed to watch?

I heard they get cable, or do they just get local channels?

I heard they get mostly the Disney channel so they don't get too turned on by anything wilder than Minni Mouse.

in san diego county jails they get a lot of TNT and DVS chosen by the guards.

they get cable and anything they want to watch. one of the facilities near my city even gives inmates the playboy channel because a s*x offender went to court about it and won.

I'm trying to open a forgotten memory bank but it seems we got all the net work channels and a in house [prison c/c channel ] with movies that change 1 a month !

Depends on the facility...in Sonoma County, they get the Dish network.
