I saw a vid on u tube and they were kissing. It was very well drawn, so i'm very sure it was in the manga! I want to know the chapter so i can go online a read it! ^^

They have never kissed in the anime or the manga. If the picture you saw was them both squatting of sort on the ground(to pick up something) and Ryoma grabs her arm/wrist and kisses her then you just saw something from a doujinshi. I am 100% sure of this since I read that doujin some years back.
