What characteristics distinguish the Americans from the Canadians?

I had the opportunity to visit Canada and didn't see much difference between the two.physically,the two look alike but the temperament or personality may be quite different.Canadians seem more inward,I think.

I have several Canadian friends. They eat and breath just like me. I think the difference between us and any other nation is The Constitution.
