X goes to a costume shop and buys a chicken suit. X then goes to McDonald's and purchases 3 Big Macs, eats 2 of them, and retains one. Then, X puts on aforementioned chicken suit and goes to the police station, approaches the desk, and angrily demands to talk to Michael Jackson. When the receptionist informs X that Michael Jackson is not available, X leaves the Big Mac on the desk and leaves.

What charges are possible, and under what laws? What is the maximum penalty possible, and what aggravating factors would be necessary?
