  2. Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital

  3. charity is agift from you to a poor ,or a person with limited means.in order to helpe those who need to have  agood qaulity of live.As a muslem ,islam motivate us a bout  charity ,and considerd it as one of the worship  for God.

there are many wises behind it .firstly, when you helpe people who suffer you will feel  their pain , And at the same time you will be greatfull for God to be in goood financial state, for health,or to have family...etc.Even when you smile at person ,or teel him a good word to make him happy thats considerd a charity in islam. In Islam there are three things will continue increasing  the good deeds of a person even after his death:1\ running charity ,eg, building a school or mosque. many many people will benefit from it in long run.2\invented s.th in science which helpe people,eg, invented anew medicine for a fatal deasese 3\ agood son ,it means when you take care of your son and educate him very well in life , he will always ask good  to give you his mercy and put in paradise

  4. Locks of Love.  You don't need to shave your whole head, you just need 5-12 even inches of hair.  They turn the hair into wigs for children with medical hair loss (alopecia, chemotherapy).

To be honest, just shaving your head once is not going to feed an entire village or anything.  The best way is to raffle off the honor of shaving your head to people in your community - your school, your workplace, etc.  Then you can donate the money to any charity you think is appropriate.

www.charitynavigator.org ranks thousands of charities in the U.S., and gives specific information on how donations are spent.  To be fair, though, few non-profits are able to give 100% of every dollar straight to the people in need; about 7-10% is needed for administrative costs (printing up fliers to ask for donations, employee salaries, etc).

  5. If your going to go to the effort of shaving off your hair you should research some charities for yourself and find one which means something to you or touches you in some way. They all have websites where you can get info on what they do.

  6. I don't know the name of the charity but there is one that takes peoples hair and makes wigs for cancer patients with the hair, this one sounds like one for you.  I am sure they would be easy to find.

  7. no idea

  8. Contact Home Farm Trust. It is a residential and day care charity caring for people with learning difficulties what used to be know as Mentally disabled.
