What cheeses are on a New York "white pizza"??

I miss the white pizza I used to get in Brooklyn, and now Papa John's has a white pizza that somehow looks different. Can anyone tell me the cheeses on a real NYC slice? I remember there being at least 3 or 4....

1 bunch fresh spinach, enough to make about 1 cup when cooked

2-3 cloves garlic
