  1. Tillamook uses no animal rennet.

  2. I'm not sure which of the store brands are vegetarian but the cheese used at Chipotle is vegetarian. And I am almost positive American cheese would not need a rennet so thats probably a vegetarian cheese as well.

  3. Cabot has quite a few that are rennet free..it says so on the label.

  4. All of Horizon's and Cabot's cheeses are animal rennet free.

All but two of Tillamook's cheeses are animal rennet free, the exception being their vintage white medium cheddar and vintage white extra sharp cheddar.  Tillamook is my preferred cheese.

All but two of Organic Valley's cheeses are animal rennet free, the exception being romano and blue cheese crumbles.

Usually if the cheese does not contain animal rennet, it will say so on the package.

  5. ALL cheese is animal enzyme unless it's soy! And then it's specifically called "soy cheese" and is not real cheese.

All cheese comes from animal milk.
