What chemical process do our bodies go through to create Amylase?

i need to right an essay about a specific biomolecule. i chose Aymlase. now i could not find any concrete evidence on the origin of alpha-amylase or just amylase in general. my essay has to be about theories or evidence on the creation of biomolecules. this is for a chemistry class so i need to try and break it down for my professor on the exact chemistry behind the creation of amylase. i know all the basics about it, but no one has told me how to make it. i did find an article on how to create it by reacting it with Bacillus subtilis. but that occurs out of the body. is there any proof? please state your sources because that is very important.
