What chemical would neutralize calcium chloride in bricks?

I had bricks put into my landscaping. Yet they were overconcentrated with calcium chloride and is now bleeding white which is the chloride. What chemical would neutralize this calcium chloride or substance.

  1. Lime-water mixture.


  2. CaCl2  is already neutral...water will get rid of it after awhile...I wouldn't go spreading lime all over the place as you will disrupt the Ph of the area and likely kill what you were trying highlite...-wendy
