What chicagoland business offers inexpensive catering for weddings ?

I'm looking for inexpensive caterers and alcohol servers in the Chicagoland area for a wedding. What place is cheap (but not completely cheap-looking).

You don't say your budget or what you are willing to pay per meal.  I suggest that you contact CHIC (Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago) and get students who are trained and ready, but who may work for a cheaper price.  Also, Food for Thought does a fabulous job.  I am not clear how inexpensive they are.
